So a admirer/familiarity asked me how much I would charge to build him a custom editing rig. It will most liable be $2000-$3000 worth of parts. Thoughts? Don't want to undershoot myself, but assume't want to overcharge either.

I love building them as well, and did one for free of late, but I was Sir Thomas More of a teacher showing my friend how to human body it. With him just wanting a finished product, I probably will charge him since I'm working full time and I'm in post production on a short film at the moment, making my time more scarce.
